Spa Etiquette

Our Spa treatments are designed to ensure that all guests are able to fully enjoy their spa experience.

Cancellation of appointments requires a 24 hour notice to avoid any additional charges.

If you are coming to our spa for the first time, please allow 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete our health questionnaire. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, potentially reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure.

If you have any questions on how to choose a treatment, our knowledgeable estheticians will be happy to help you plan the perfect spa experience.

Due to the peaceful, serene and relaxing nature of our facility, we ask that you please refrain from bringing children or pets into the day spa.

Please ensure all cell phones and pagers are turned off during your treatment.
